Our Services
Yo's Kitchen Counter (YosKC) offers Nutrition Counseling by an experienced Registered Dietitian (RD) and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE). Family, individual and group counseling programs are available. As a valued client, you are able to create your own wellness program with the skilled guidance of an RD with extensive health care experience.
At YosKC we believe education is the key to improved
health over a lifetime. We help our clients grocery
shop, overhaul their pantries and set up meal plans.
We sit down with entire families and help them
improve their health and wellness by creating programs
that include every member of the family. Giving your loved ones the tools necessary to establish healthful nutrition practices will benefit them for a lifetime.
RDs are crucial players on a health care team. We provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Wellness Education for a wide variety of medical diagnosis. YosKC specializes in Child and Adolescent Weight Management and provides Diabetes Education by a Certified Diabetes Educator.
